Spin Classes

Our spin classes are the perfect blend of endurance and strength, welcoming all levels of cyclers. Our instructors carefully create motivational playlists and projected videos paired with a combination of climbs, intervals, breakaways and sprints. Our dim lighting sets the mood for an intimate ride, despite being in a group setting. Never spun before? We are here to set you up for success and ease you into the experience.

Small-Group Training

Our training classes combine various elements of strength training, conditioning, balance and flexibility. Class routines are ever-changing, with trainers incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, HIIT full body weight exercises and more. By keeping class sizes small, our trainers can focus their attention on each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.
